The Setting

Vesuvio caters to outdoor group gatherings of 50 or more who are seeking quality, authentic Italian cuisine as well as the ambiance of a traditional old-world Italian festa alfresco.  The making of the pizza is traditional, as an outdoor imported Italian wood-burning oven is turned into an entertaining feature of the event.  Italian musicians are available to further add to the festivities.

Corporate Events: This summer treat your employees to a new twist on the outdoor BBQ. Vesuvio provides full-service catering of authentic Neapolitan pizzas - a classy take on an American favorite.

Association Events: Host the networking event of the year in partnership with Vesuvio's Unique Italian Catering. Elegant personal Italian pizzas are authentically prepared on location in an imported oven. Entertainment is provided throughout the pizza making process, and Italian musicians contribute background music and a sense of ambiance.

Golf Tournaments: After a long day in the sun, treat your guests to an elegant Italian meal with a rustic flair. Using an imported Italian oven, Vesuvio will prepare authentic Italian pizzas on-site. A far cry from your local pizza chain, Vesuvio's pizzas are a classy portrayal of an American favorite. Italian wines complete the experience and Italian musicians are available upon request.

The Food

Vesuvio's Unique Italian Catering focuses on the pizza.  But this is not your everyday pizza.  Quality ingredients are combined in a process, as close to the Neapolitan style as possible, to create a blend of flavor and texture reminiscent of a traditional Italian village. Add a selection of pasta, roasted meat, insalata, caprese, an array of green leaf salad, and grilled vegetables to compliment the meal.  Complete the experience with esprssso and cappuccino beverages, and gelato - an Italian version of ice cream.
